In this beginner-friendly workshop, you will learn the art of Zentangle, a relaxing and meditative form of drawing that anyone can do. Whether you are an experienced artist or have never picked up a pen before, this class is designed to help you unlock your creativity and find inner peace through the simple act of putting pen to paper. Join us as we explore the basic principles of Zentangle and discover the endless possibilities of creating beautiful, intricate patterns. No artistic experience is necessary – just bring your curiosity and an open mind.

Workshop-leader Michelle Broadbent is a local Certified Zentangle Teacher bringing this art to many venues since 2016.

This program is sponsored by the Woburn Public Library Foundation.

Please note: When someone does not show up for a program they are registered for, they are taking away an opportunity for another member of the community. Patrons who are registered for an event they cannot attend are asked to cancel their registration at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show up for programs two (2) times without notice will be grounds for being waitlisted for 30 days. Patrons who arrive 5 minutes or more after the program start time will be considered no-shows. They may be denied access after that time, and their spot may be given away to people on the waiting list.
