Yoga Flow with Sheila Kelley
Thursday, August 16:00—7:00 PMProgram RoomIn Person at Woburn Public Library45 Pleasant St., Woburn, MA, 01801
This 60 minute Yoga Flow class is ideal for beginners. It opens with some breath work and a gentle warm up followed by flowing poses for strengthening, stability and flexibility. Breathing and functional movement are focused on throughout the class. The flowing style leaves room for students to make choices that feel good for their bodies and weekly classes will likely have some variability.
Because yoga is an individualized practice, participants are encouraged to focus on their own bodies and needs - to always do what feels good for them! It is always advised that participants consult with their medical provider prior to starting any new exercise regime.
*Participants should bring their own mats, 2 blocks, water and if they wish a towel and/or a small pillow for comfort with positions.

Please note: When someone does not show up for a program they are registered for, they are taking away an opportunity for another member of the community. Patrons who are registered for an event they cannot attend are asked to cancel their registration at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show up for programs two (2) times without notice will be grounds for being waitlisted for 30 days.
