Kids Yoga

Yoga poses, imagination, focus, strength and Meditation

This half hour class will blend active yoga sequences, energizing music, yoga-inspired games, and a small mindfulness practice. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. Classes are age appropriate and no prior children's yoga experience is required.
