New to the ukulele? Like to sing but maybe not to sure about your voice? PERFECT. You're better than you think. 

The Monophonic Symphony, a ukulele band for beginners, is searching for newer musicians who want to get better and do it in a semi-public venue. Like to sing? This band  will need singers! Led by Rebecca Meehan, who is also new to the ukulele (but not to other instruments), and willing to play anything. This library band will focus on simple chords and strumming patterns. Probably going a little heavy on the Beatles, classic rock, and folk to start, and depending on the interest of the group, branching out from there.  No recitals, ever.  : )
