The Monophonic Symphony: A Ukulele Band for Beginner/Intermediate Players. The search is on for newer musicians who want to get better and do it in a semi-public venue. Like to sing? This band will need singers! Led by Rebecca Meehan, who is also new to the ukulele (but not to other instruments), this band will focus on simple chords and strumming patterns. We’ll use many on one, two and three finger chords, while playing songs that people know. Having your own ukulele is recommended so you can practice regularly. 18+
