Take 45 minutes just for yourself! 

This workshop is focused on feeling revitalized and optimistic. Together, we create a sense of well-being and uplift our spirits. We start with an ancient reflexology exercise to release tension in the body. Through a guided meditation, we take the time to re-balance ourselves. Using EFT, we release serotonin, the feel-good hormone. 

We end with a moment of silence to honor the 1st line responders so dedicated to keeping us healthy.

Led by Leslie Gabriele: founder of With Love and Gratitude, a nonprofit organization dedicated to education and service.
