Led by certified breath and meditation instructors Denitza and Venkat this event offers a welcoming space to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself. Through guided techniques, you’ll learn tools to reduce stress, enhance focus, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Take a break from the hustle, and experience firsthand the benefits of mindful breathing.

About the Instructors:

Venkat Vedula is a certified meditation instructor with the Art of Living Foundation, bringing over 15 years of experience in teaching and practicing meditation. A civil engineer by profession, Venkat works for an investment banking firm and resides in Woburn with his wife and two daughters.

Denitza is also a certified meditation instructor with the Art of Living Foundation, with two decades of teaching and meditation experience. She serves as a Senior Program Advisor at Harvard Business School and lives in Andover with her husband and daughter.
