Local Author Storytime: Katie's Pond

Join Jeanne Freeman, a local children's author, for a special storytime that's fun for the whole family! Jeanne will do a reading of her story Katie's Pond and talk about her journey to become a published children's author. This program is for all ages! Registration is required.

Jeanne Freeman was a teacher in Woburn for 35 years. The last 20 years she taught at the Clapp School on the shores of Horn Pond. Many times she took her students to the pond for classes or storytime. She also spent some summers as an interpretive guide at Harold Parker State Forest and Sandy Point Plum Island. Copies of her book will be available for purchase at the end of the storytime.
