About the speaker: Alkesh Shah is a resident of New England for over 30+ years. Over the years he has worked for many financial and pharmaceutical companies. Alkesh is a seasoned technology practitioner, mentor, and coach. He routinely is a judge for local startups, accelerator programs, as well as STEM competitions. He has been involved in many community and social non-profit activities in and around Boston. He volunteers his time for elementary, high school and college students’ activities as well, guiding them through career choices and valuable life lessons.

The Discover India Series is a program partnership between the Woburn Public Library and the India Association of Greater Boston (IAGB). This series explores India's rich culture and includes exciting forays into history, food, art and music.
