February Acting/Improv Session!

Through fun and creative foundational exercises, students will learn to find their voice for stage and screen. Throughout the lessons, students will have the opportunity to learn directly from the teacher and each other, too. Students will learn to appreciate the beauty of artistic creation in reference to direct focus on the actions of others in order to give active and timely reactions in film, on stage and during auditions. Through a series of interactions, games and singing, students will gain knowledge and practice the basics of acting. By the end of the lesson, kids will be able to introduce a variety of techniques into their artistic and social repertoire. Excitingly, we will extend on our lesson conversation depending on the student's level and capabilities, with advice towards future explorations. 

This session is best for kids aged 7-10 (depending on demand, we may introduce other sections of the class for students who are older or younger).
