The purpose of eyeshadow is to create a visual illusion that makes the eyes look more open and attractive. This class teaches professional techniques for applying eye shadow based on the shape, color, and characteristics of your eyes. You’ll also learn how proper eyeshadow color & placement can have a lifting effect that gives the eyes an appealing shape and definition. Additional takeaways include the following:

  • How to apply eyeshadow onto mature eyelids.
  • What formulas and brands are best.

Attendees wanting to follow along during the demonstration may want to bring their personal eye makeup products.

Please note: When someone does not show up for a program they are registered for, they are taking away an opportunity for another member of the community. Patrons who are registered for an event they cannot attend are asked to cancel their registration at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show up for programs two (2) times without notice will be grounds for being waitlisted for 30 days. Patrons who arrive 5 minutes or more after the program start time will be considered no-shows. They may be denied access after that time, and their spot may be given away to people on the waiting list.
