Week 3: Vision Boards

Holistic nurse Marie Flannery will once more guide us in active meditation. This week, come together to create a vision board. The creation and use of these healing boards may help child & grown up attain relaxation and a sense of improved well being. 
We will provide some stickers, magazines and markers for your use, but please bring any stickers, pictures, magazine cut outs or images of people, places, experiences in your life that you associate with this week's theme. Child and grown up may each make their own board or combine and make one board.
