August is Eat Local Month - we will celebrate with recipes using local produce found at Farmer's Markets, local farmstands, CSAs. Each person registered will bring in a dish to share from this month's cookbook; we will sample the recipes and discuss the pros and cons of the recipes and the cookbook. As an alternative, bring in a favorite recipe or one found through a Farmer's Market, CSA, or internet using local produce.
