Cookin' the Books
Wednesday, October 307:00—8:30 PMProgram RoomIn Person at Woburn Public Library45 Pleasant St., Woburn, MA, 01801
Cookin' the Books is a bookclub for people who love to cook — each month we get together and discuss a different cookbook. Each person registered makes a recipe from a chosen cookbook, brings it in and the group samples the recipes and discusses the pros and cons of the recipes and the cookbook. If you love to cook or bake and love sharing food with friends, Cookin' The Books is for you!
We have two choices this month: The Savory Baker: 150 Creative Recipes, from Classic to Modern by the America's Test Kitchen or Every Season is Soup Season: 85+ Souper-Adaptable Recipes to Batch, Share, Reinvent, and Enjoy by Shelly Westerhausen
Cookbooks will be available at the Circulation Desk. When you've decided on your recipe, please send an email with your choice and any questions to aatkins@cityof woburn.com
