The main focus of this program is to teach participants the steps it takes to design a board game, while also having fun by getting creative through game design!

The event will have three sections, the first section will be a presentation of how to design a board game from start to finish. The second section will be a workshop where the participants break into small groups to begin to design their own board games. We will work with each group to help guide them through the process. Then, if there's time we will have a group discussion where everyone gets to show off their work in progress game to the group. Groups will be able to take home their products.

The presentation section of this program will take about 15-20 minutes, while the workshop section of the program will take 30-40 minutes.

Open to teens and up. Registration is requested, but not required.
